I am a passionate collaborator, storyteller, and filmmaker with over 20 years of experience as a creative director, writer, and director. And I’ve distinguished myself as a creative leader with unique versatility.
I have a proven track record of success leading small and large interdisciplinary teams, managing/mentoring creative talent across a broad range of disciplines and experience levels, and conceptualizing and directing large-scale video productions, both long and short-form. This balance of talents reflects my depth of experience and craft, my personable nature, and my genuine enthusiasm for collaboration. My ability to connect with agencies, clients, colleagues, and talent on a humane level has earned me years of repeat business and a reputation as being one of the nicest, easiest guys in the business to work with.
As a creative director and director, my work is noteworthy for its impeccable design, beautiful cinematography, and for capturing genuine performances from both actors and non-actors. The breadth of styles represented in my body of work are a testament to my life-long passion for the crafts of filmmaking, photography, writing, and design. I’ve repeatedly shown the ability to deliver excellent work in a broad range of styles and audience experiences, and been honored with multiple ADDY, AICP, Digital Health, NAGC, Telly and Webby awards.
When not traveling for work, I call Seattle home and enjoy an outdoor, sports-fueled lifestyle with my wife and teenage sons.
