For Coldwell Banker, the challenge wasn’t just launching a new identity—it was enabling over 100,000 brokers and agents to use branded video assets in their day-to-day marketing.
I led the development and execution of a scalable video campaign centered on “Evidence of an Advantage” of affiliating with and listing properties with Coldwell Banker. The Coldwell Banker Way was designed to help their global network of brokers and agents activate the campaign locally and drive: Recruiting + retention (B2B) and Listings + sales (B2C).
We built a modular video ecosystem designed for scale and flexibility, enabling agents to customize and deploy high-quality video marketing assets through the brand’s centralized DAM platform. This approach drove measurable business impact—including a 26% increase in sales volume—and created a repeatable global marketing system for ongoing B2B and B2C growth.
