When we set out to build on the success of our Agent Vignettes talent attraction campaign, we wanted a vehicle that would allow us to capture a greater volume of stories and present the brand in an even more personal, authentic manner.
We brought into play a portable set that we could take on the road with us to places where we’d have easier access to a larger number of brokers and agents - industry events, leadership conferences, etc. With an unadorned aesthetic as the primary backdrop we added an EyeDirect camera, coupled with gorgeous lighting, soft-pedaled editorial, and emotive musical arrangements to craft subtle, idiosyncratic portraits of people who call this iconic brand home.
The 24 individual stories captured over the course of two years made for the longest-running, most successful talent attraction campaign in brand history, and was honored as a 2019 and 2020 Women’s Choice Award Winner. These are just 4 of those stories.
