Coldwell Banker: The Core 4

I’ve always been a big believer in developing ideas that travel across owned and paid media.

Leading external and internal cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, post), I conceived a campaign that pushed Coldwell Banker’s brand voice and creative expression into new territory using a design and storytelling style that’s platform-agnostic. Additionally, the campaign was comprised of customizable components end-users leveraged to create their own organic and paid social marketing videos.

Primarily targeted to industry customers, the broad objective of the campaign was two-fold. First, to create an emotional connection with the brand; for people to “feel the brand.” And second, for people to “live the experience” of the brand promise through deeper engagements with the brand. Horizontal and vertical versions of four ads were created, each shining a light on specific facets of the brand’s promise; their core values of HOME, INGENUITY, EXCELLENCE & AWESOMENESS.
