LIFE TO LIVE

When we began working with Engel & Völkers, the Hamburg, Germany-based real estate giant had just expanded into the U.S. and wanted to make a big splash with something that announced their presence stateside while conveying the essence of their brand to a new audience. Having never done any video brand work in the U.S, they embraced our idea of creating a film that could be used at the “grass roots” level as a franchise sales tool via social networks, digital platforms, and at industry events.

We executed the brand film in a fast-paced, cinematic style blending breathtaking property, signature shop, and consumer lifestyle vignettes with modern pop music to arouse intrigue, stir emotions, and elicit adoration for the brand.

The response to the film was so positive, we went back to the brand with the idea of turning the film into a global consumer-facing asset.

An expanded channel marketing campaign was immediately created to reach consumers at brand touch points spanning broadcast, social, and display in all North American affiliate markets, and translated into four different languages for specific European and Latin American markets.
