To drive customer acquisition for Chewy Pharmacy, I led paid social video campaigns focused on encouraging Gen Z and Millennial pet parents to switch from purchasing medications through their vet to buying online.

Buying pet medication is driven by habit—and habit favors the vet. We focused on breaking that pattern. The insight was simple: pet parents were open to switching, but only if trust wasn’t compromised.

From beginning to end, I oversaw the development and execution of performance-first video campaigns anchored in Price, Trust, and Convenience—turning functional benefits into relatable, story-led content. The result was a scalable content system that increased brand consideration and positioned Chewy Pharmacy as a credible alternative—driving Rx channel switching at scale.
