Horse owners rely on relationships, experience, and routine. Breaking into that space required more than marketing—it required credibility.
To grow customer acquisition in the Equine category, I led video campaigns designed to position Chewy as a credible alternative in a highly loyal, trust-driven market. The challenge was convincing horse owners—who traditionally rely on local feed stores—to consider a new, online purchasing model.
I led the development of a social-first video system that captured real barn life from the rider’s perspective—raw, immediate, and authentic. By grounding Chewy’s value in lived experience, we increased consideration and positioned the brand as a trusted, connected alternative in a deeply loyal category.
