Coldwell Banker: The Takedown

I conceived, wrote, and directed The Takedown, an original animated short film for Coldwell Banker created to open their global Generation Blue Experience conference. 

Projected on an IMAX-scale arena screen, the film was built purely for entertainment. The goal wasn’t to explain the brand—it was to set the tone. We set out to create something unexpected, highly entertaining, and funny enough to make people fall out of their chairs laughing.

Instead of casting professional voice actors, we cast Coldwell Banker executives, C-suite leaders, and staff—none of whom had done voice acting before. I directed their performances, coaching tone, timing, and delivery to achieve something that felt natural, comedic, and fully realized. I was involved in every aspect of the film. It was a deeply collaborative process, and the best moments in the film came from that collaboration. 

Leading some amazing teams across animation, design, editorial, and sound, I guided the work from concept through final delivery—creating a piece that elevated the brand through story and craft, and showed what’s possible when creative ambition is matched with passionate collaboration.
